Agape Ranch is a faith-based foster care neighborhood designed to serve as a lasting solution for children and families impacted by the foster care system. Founded by foster parents Tim and Susan Kraus, the 19-home community is being built to reflect God’s design for family—where care, stability, and discipleship thrive in a true neighborhood setting rather than an institutional environment.



The community will feature 12 independent foster homes, including housing for young adults aging out of foster care led by vetted Christian foster parents, 3 state-certified respite care homes providing short-term support, and 3 homes for elderly residents who wish to serve and help care for the children.

Agape Ranch allows the local church and broader community to live out their calling—to invest directly in the lives of foster children, support the families who care for them, and create a Christ-centered neighborhood where every generation can serve and be served in love.
